A quick heads-up before we chat to ensure we’re a great fit.

My Rates: Individual Therapy sessions are $195 for 60-minutes, and coaching sessions are $350 for 75 minutes.
Insurance & Payment: I operate as an out-of-network provider, meaning I don't accept insurance directly. However, I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement.
Where I Practice: Therapy services are available only to residents of California. If you're outside of California, I can still support you through my coaching programs, which are open to all U.S. residents.

Turn left (west) on Douglas Blvd

Take the CA-99 N to Sacramento
Follow the I-80 exit toward Reno
Take exit 103A for Douglas blvd. E
Turn left onto Sierra Gardens Drive
