How can you build your vision without losing yourself in the process?
Peak performers often reach out because even though they seem to be thriving from the outside, something feels off and cracks start to show. It is a true wakeup call to have raised capital, scaled fast, maybe even pulled off an exit and feel…meh…or worse! Ditto for landing that dream gig. Suddenly, the same ambition that used to lit the fire now feels like pressure in the chest.
You’ve mastered leading others – the next level is to lead from within.
High achievers often believe that there is no room to fall apart, so they don’t. Instead, they overfunction, charm and strategize. Then, they inevitably dissociate. They frequently learned early to suppress anything that could threaten momentum.
As one client put it: “Logically, I was fine … but emotionally, I wanted to cry.” And if that resonates, you’re the opposite of broken. You’re overdue for support that actually meets you.
Therapy can help you get back to yourself — without losing your edge. Reach out and let’s begin.
Less Noise. More signals.
You want to crush it without feeling crushed by an endless need to strive. To stop mentally rehearsing exit strategies in the shower. You want to spend time with family and friends without the urge to check texts, emails or company updates. As one client put it, “I really don’t like this about myself… but I want to understand it.”
But more than anything, you need to feel that no matter what happens with your company, your promotion, project or performance review, you are enough, today!
Insight over pep talks. Precision over platitudes.
You don’t want another mindset hack. You want therapy that respects your time, your brain, and the emotional knots you haven’t had the bandwidth to untangle. You’ve probably said to yourself, “Why do I try so hard?” or “What’s the point?” Let’s answer that—together. You do not have to feel this way.
Therapy with a backbone (and a brain) for founders who have hit their emotional ceiling.
I bring psychological depth with executive-level pragmatism. We will talk about what really matters but in a way that respects your wiring. We will start where you struggle most, whether with conflicts at home or with co-founders or employees.
You will find that your anxiety, depression or brushes with substance abuse are emotional pain trying to surface and that what you’ve buried is where your power lives. Together, we will face your inner roadblocks head-on while also creating actionable steps for you on how to move forward.
Nadja has been tremendously helpful in helping me understand, relate and grow closer to my four sons, and in dealing with the stress and difficulties of my professional life.

Nadja was tremendously helpful when I was getting one of my own businesses off the ground years ago in a new field, often being a great sounding board for strategic ideas, always offering constructive, spot-on feedback.

I cannot thank you enough for the perspective you offered me and the safe space you created for me to express all my feelings and thoughts and fears about life. Our sessions changed my life and helped me leave an unhealthy place, a place that I was unaware I was even in for so long.

My work is grounded in developmental psychology, attachment neuroscience, behavioral economics and even a dash of primal theory. In a nutshell, decades of research clearly show that early emotional experiences shape our brain, nervous system, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Even if those early experiences are out of conscious memory, their imprint lives on — in how we function, love, lead, protect, and disconnect. To truly transform, therapy has to go beyond just talking it out – the healing happens in the therapeutic relationship through limbic resonance and relational repair.
The wound is not the problem. The wound is the doorway.
As one client put it: “You helped me work through a lifetime of unhappiness and disappointment and helped me learn how to feel again.”
This isn’t the kind of therapy where we just talk about your week. And no — being high-functioning doesn’t mean you’re fine. Most of my clients are outwardly successful and inwardly shut down. They’ve done the coaching, the retreats, the mindset hacks — and still feel like something’s missing.
This work goes deeper. We’re not here to optimize your performance. We’re here to meet the part of you that had to armor up to perform in the first place. Expect honesty, depth, and real relief.
Therapy raises consciousness — not as a vague idea, but as a lived experience. High achievers crave control and freedom of choice — and their drive has taken them far. But over time, brute force and relentless self-management become unsustainable-and the very traits that once fueled success can subtly narrow your capacity to connect, feel, and choose freely from within.
Therapy brings relief but most importantly, true freedom of choice.
That’s a great question, and it’s one I hear a lot.
Depending on your perspective, the difference is subtle or not subtle at all. While a business coach often focuses solely on strategy, goals, and optimizing performance, my work goes deeper. We get to the emotional core of what’s holding you back, all while weaving strategies into the process.
